Dennis replied promptly and with a competitive quote to repair the dent. I had a crease on the quarter panel of my vehicle (BMW M5) left by the handle of a broom. Unfortunately for me the dent was in area that Dennis couldn't access from behind due to a fuse block. However, he deployed glue along with a dent puller to massage the dent out. I had called several other people before Auto Dent and one guy said only a 50/50 chance it could be fixed since it was under the GAS cap and wanted to charge me $95. for just coming out. I called another guy, expensive but I agreed since I needed it done. We set the time and place. He never showed up, never called. Did not answer my texts. Then I called Auto Dent Removal. Thank you, Dennis. Very impressed with this an hour and a half job on aluminum door plus two additional tiny dents for total of $250. Saved me $750 on my GEICO deductible and not to mention avoided weeks of hassle at the Penske BMW of San Diego.
