Dennis replied promptly and with a competitive quote to repair the dent. I had a crease on the quarter panel of my vehicle (BMW M5) left by the handle of a broom. Unfortunately for me the dent was in area that Dennis couldn't access from behind due to a fuse block. However, he deployed glue along with a dent puller to massage the dent out. Called Denis to have a small door ding dent taken out of my car. He came to our house within the hour and I enjoyed watching the process as he worked the dent right out in only about 20 minutes. Definitely takes skill. The result is great, the price was very reasonable, and Denis is an all around nice fellow. I'd definitely call him again for ding removal.
