My trip to LA was great till someone smacked my rental car very hard. Obviously, I didn't purchase rental insurance and was on the hook for the full amount of deductible. Moreover the repair had to be done the same day as I had a flight next morning. I called Dennis and he was able to move some of his appointment to accommodate my needs. I appreciated the quick and honest communication about my car's repairs. Provided a quote, but was transparent with me probably being better off going to a traditional bodyshop to get the job done. Didn't hesitate either, when I asked if he had any recommendations for bodyshops! I wish there were more businesses like this that keep the customer's interest in mind. Thank you!
