My trip to LA was great till someone smacked my rental car very hard. Obviously, I didn't purchase rental insurance and was on the hook for the full amount of deductible. Moreover the repair had to be done the same day as I had a flight next morning. I called Dennis and he was able to move some of his appointment to accommodate my needs. My vehicle was recently dented by a shopping cart at the Costco. The cart left 12" creased dent on the rear fender and of course no note on the windshield. I left to cover all the expenses. Few bodyshops qouted me over $1200 to fix this damage.
