My trip to LA was great till someone smacked my rental car very hard. Obviously, I didn't purchase rental insurance and was on the hook for the full amount of deductible. Moreover the repair had to be done the same day as I had a flight next morning. I called Dennis and he was able to move some of his appointment to accommodate my needs. The first thing that came to my mind was, gosh, this beautiful brand-new car! Dennis is a savior! Not only is he super responsive but he his estimate was extremely reasonable and accurate. I had a dent in a tricky spot and went to a few places that quoted me thousands of dollars and weeks to fix and Dennis was able to get me scheduled within a week for a reasonable price. I can't recommend him enough; not only was he super thorough but extremely professional. While I hope I won't need his services anytime soon, I'm grateful to know that he can come to my rescue!
