Dennis replied promptly and with a competitive quote to repair the dent. I had a crease on the quarter panel of my vehicle (BMW M5) left by the handle of a broom. Unfortunately for me the dent was in area that Dennis couldn't access from behind due to a fuse block. However, he deployed glue along with a dent puller to massage the dent out. We had a dent on a Highlander at the right quarter panel and I reached out to Auto Dent Removal for a quote. Dennis responded promptly and gave me a time that he could come over. He was very punctual but what was most impressive was his professionalism and extreme attention to detail. When he was done, there was not even a hint of a dent. And Dennis even took the trouble to remove some other scratches around the SUV.
