I found a dent on the back door on the passenger side of my Audi Q3 after service. The dent was right on the edge and for me it looks so awful. Dennis contacted me right away and was able to schedule an appointment first thing in the following morning. Arrived right on time. I left him to do his job and when I got back everything was fixed. Dennis is a pro. Extremely responsive, punctual, and honest. Denis did an excellent job improving the appearance of a shopping cart ding. Would definitely recommend checking with Dennis first before visiting a body shop.

My trip to LA was great till someone smacked my rental car very hard. Obviously, I didn't purchase rental insurance and was on the hook for the full amount of deductible. Moreover the repair had to be done the same day as I had a plane next morning.
I called Dennis and he was able to move some of his appointment to accommodate my needs. The repair came perfect and he also took care of the couple small dents next to the big one.
Now rental car looks even better than the moment I rented it.
