My trip to LA was great till someone smacked my rental car very hard. Obviously, I didn't purchase rental insurance and was on the hook for the full amount of deductible. Moreover the repair had to be done the same day as I had a flight next morning. I called Dennis and he was able to move some of his appointment to accommodate my needs. I had a dent on my rear bumper that I needed to have repaired the next day. Dennis responded very quickly and fit me into his schedule. He provided me fast, friendly service. He did a great job on the bumper. I would definitely use him again if I need the service.
