My trip to LA was great till someone smacked my rental car very hard. Obviously, I didn't purchase rental insurance and was on the hook for the full amount of deductible. Moreover the repair had to be done the same day as I had a flight next morning. I called Dennis and he was able to move some of his appointment to accommodate my needs. I found a dent on the back door on the passenger side of my Audi Q3 after service. The dent was right on the edge and for me it looks so awful. Dennis contacted me right away and was able to schedule an appointment first thing in the following morning. Arrived right on time. I left him to do his job and when I got back everything was fixed.
