Dennis replied promptly and with a competitive quote to repair the dent. I had a crease on the quarter panel of my vehicle (BMW M5) left by the handle of a broom. Unfortunately for me the dent was in area that Dennis couldn't access from behind due to a fuse block. However, he deployed glue along with a dent puller to massage the dent out. I got rear-ended, probably in a parking lot. Nobody left a note so it was on me. The dent was not huge so I had Dennis come out and do whatever it is he did. You'd never know it was ever dented. I'm very happy with him.
