Dennis arrived promptly today @9am. He worked diligently on a tough leading edge dent near my headlight. Spent about an hour getting the dent to where it's barely visible. Dennis also took the time to correct a door handle flaw from a body shop repair at no extra cost.
I would recommend Dennis' business to anyone who wants a fair estimate, on time service and a quality job done on their vehicle.

Could not be more satisfied with Dennis’s service. Prompt, reasonable and expertly done. As a side, I learnt that Dennis is a very intelligent man who left some high-flying biotechnology position to become this consummate entrepreneurial technician. Young people would be much inspired by his journey.

The first thing that came to my mind was, gosh, this beautiful brand-new car! It didn't deserve such an irreversible issue that quickly: such a dent that never can be fixed due to the very specific "inaccessible" area. Honestly, when the car was back from Dennis's shop, I suspected it was just another car, a new one, bought to make me feel less upset.
