My trip to LA was great till someone smacked my rental car very hard. Obviously, I didn't purchase rental insurance and was on the hook for the full amount of deductible. Moreover the repair had to be done the same day as I had a flight next morning.
I called Dennis and he was able to move some of his appointment to accommodate my needs. The repair came perfect and he also took care of the couple small dents next to the big one.
Now rental car looks even better than the moment I rented it.

Had a bad dent on the wheel well but fortunately did not get into the paint. Requested quotes from about 11 different repairs, some said not possible to fix, others gave a range. Dennis was not only the quickest to respond, he had a fair and reasonable price as well as the best availability. Once the price was agreed on, he came to my workplace the next afternoon. Dennis was very prompt and polite. Knew exactly what he was doing and made sure I felt comfortable as the car owner. My small door ding on our new car is now gone for a very reasonably price. Will use them again.

I was very happy with Denis' service. He came out, finished the job quickly - under an hour, and got rid of every single that my car had. It looks factory new now!
