My trip to LA was great till someone smacked my rental car very hard. Obviously, I didn't purchase rental insurance and was on the hook for the full amount of deductible. Moreover the repair had to be done the same day as I had a flight next morning. I called Dennis and he was able to move some of his appointment to accommodate my needs. We had a dent on a Highlander at the right quarter panel and I reached out to Auto Dent Removal for a quote. Dennis responded promptly and gave me a time that he could come over. He was very punctual but what was most impressive was his professionalism and extreme attention to detail. When he was done, there was not even a hint of a dent. And Dennis even took the trouble to remove some other scratches around the SUV.
