So, long story short, someone gave my car a nice love tap in a random parking lot. Looked around, got prices and started chatting with a few vendors. First and formeost, Dennis was very fast to respond and answer my questions. I scheduled a meeting with him the following day and he got right to work. I found a dent on the back door on the passenger side of my Audi Q3 after service. The dent was right on the edge and for me it looks so awful. Dennis contacted me right away and was able to schedule an appointment first thing in the following morning. Arrived right on time. I left him to do his job and when I got back everything was fixed. My trip to LA was great till someone smacked my rental car very hard. Obviously, I didn't purchase rental insurance and was on the hook for the full amount of deductible. Moreover the repair had to be done the same day as I had a plane next morning.
I called Dennis and he was able to move some of his appointment to accommodate my needs. The repair came perfect and he also took care of the couple small dents next to the big one.
Now rental car looks even better than the moment I rented it.

Dennis was professional, friendly, and timely. He went above and beyond what I expected. All the major and minor dings on my classic Nissan 240sx were repaired, saving me money on a full paint job and allowing me to preserve the car's original paint.
