My trip to LA was great till someone smacked my rental car very hard. Obviously, I didn't purchase rental insurance and was on the hook for the full amount of deductible. Moreover the repair had to be done the same day as I had a flight next morning. I called Dennis and he was able to move some of his appointment to accommodate my needs. Could not be more satisfied with Dennis’s service. Prompt, reasonable and expertly done. As a side, I learnt that Dennis is a very intelligent man who left some high-flying biotechnology position to become this consummate entrepreneurial technician. I'm so amazed about Denis work that I love to share my incredible experience.
I had 3 small dents from someone carelessly opening the door of the car parked next to mine and one dent in a tricky area at the roof line above the door frame on the passenger side.
I was provided with Denis contact by a dent repair shop that would use Bondo and paint to repair the car. Just the door alone would have been over $1k!
