Some moron rammed their shopping cart into my wife's vehicle, so we needed to get some PDR done. Unfortunately the PDR person I used for my previous vehicles has raised their prices so much, that I needed to search for another tech. After getting a few quotes, I went with Dennis as his quote was the most fair out of the bunch. He did an amazing job on our car and we can't even tell that there was a dent to begin with. I found a dent on the back door on the passenger side of my Audi Q3 after service. The dent was right on the edge and for me it looks so awful. Dennis contacted me right away and was able to schedule an appointment first thing in the following morning. Arrived right on time. I left him to do his job and when I got back everything was fixed. Usually I don't post reviews but Mr. Dennis really deserves to be complimented and recognized! He performed an outstanding repair on our new car (still with temporary plate) hit by someone's door at Ralphs parking lot.
All the process was very smooth, I sent him pictures of the dent, he returned with the quote (quite fair and not abusive at all), he came the same day and took 40-45 minutes to fix the door.
When he finished I couldn't say where the dent was due to a completely flawless restorat...
