My trip to LA was great till someone smacked my rental car very hard. Obviously, I didn't purchase rental insurance and was on the hook for the full amount of deductible. Moreover the repair had to be done the same day as I had a flight next morning. I called Dennis and he was able to move some of his appointment to accommodate my needs. Dennis was extremely communicative, friendly, and helpful! Would HIGHLY recommend! Accidentally hit a car while backing up and caused a large dent in the rear of my Subaru Forester. Dennis responded quickly with a quote and within an hour or so, he had already scheduled a time to come to my house and fix it! Definitely helped with my peace of mind.
