My vehicle was recently dented by a shopping cart at the Costco. The cart left 12" creased dent on the rear fender and of course no note on the windshield. I left to cover all the expenses. I got rear-ended, probably in a parking lot. Nobody left a note so it was on me. The dent was not huge so I had Dennis come out and do whatever it is he did. You'd never know it was ever dented. I'm very happy with him.
