Dennis replied promptly and with a competitive quote to repair the dent. I had a crease on the quarter panel of my vehicle (BMW M5) left by the handle of a broom. Unfortunately for me the dent was in area that Dennis couldn't access from behind due to a fuse block. However, he deployed glue along with a dent puller to massage the dent out. I found a dent on the back door on the passenger side of my Audi Q3 after service. The dent was right on the edge and for me it looks so awful. Dennis contacted me right away and was able to schedule an appointment first thing in the following morning. Arrived right on time. I left him to do his job and when I got back everything was fixed.
