Last month I've been on business trip in Arizona and I got bad news from my girlfriend: "Dear, I hit our car. Just a little bit". My trip to LA was great till someone smacked my rental car very hard. Obviously, I didn't purchase rental insurance and was on the hook for the full amount of deductible. Moreover the repair had to be done the same day as I had a flight next morning. I called Dennis and he was able to move some of his appointment to accommodate my needs.
