My trip to LA was great till someone smacked my rental car very hard. Obviously, I didn't purchase rental insurance and was on the hook for the full amount of deductible. Moreover the repair had to be done the same day as I had a flight next morning. I called Dennis and he was able to move some of his appointment to accommodate my needs. I got rear-ended, probably in a parking lot. Nobody left a note so it was on me. The dent was not huge so I had Dennis come out and do whatever it is he did. You'd never know it was ever dented. I'm very happy with him.
